Registration includes three and a half days of training (July 13-16, 2027) and lunch every day.
Registration: $499 (Super Early Bird, Early Bird, and other discounted rates may apply.)

Group Discounts: If five or more teachers register together, they will each receive $50 off the registration price, and if 10 or more teachers register together, they will each receive $100 off the registration price. Please email [email protected] to register your group.
Interested in earning graduate-level semester credits for attending the CI Summit? You can do so by registering with the University of the Pacific here on their website.

CI Summit 2027 Registration Terms & Conditions
Please review the following terms before registering for CI Summit 2027. By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Registration and Payment
If you are registering with a purchase order, your registration will be complete once we receive the official purchase order.
Registration Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another attendee through until June 15, 2027. Please contact the CI Summit team to arrange a transfer.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you cancel your registration on or before June 15, 2027, you will receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee per person.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations after June 15, 2027.
Participation and Assumption of Risk
Participation in CI Summit may involve risks, including bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or damage to personal property.
By registering and participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to release and hold harmless CI Summit, Voces Digital, and their successors and assigns from claims and liabilities arising from your participation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
CI Summit and Voces Digital do not assume responsibility for providing financial assistance or medical, health, or disability insurance in the event of injury, illness, death, or property damage. Attendees are responsible for their own insurance coverage and related expenses.
Emergency Medical Treatment
If an emergency occurs during your participation in CI Summit or CI Summit Language Camp, you acknowledge that first aid or other emergency medical services may be provided.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release CI Summit and Voces Digital from claims arising from first aid or emergency medical services provided in connection with your participation.
Photography, Video, and Audio Recordings
Photographs, video, and audio recordings may be taken during CI Summit for educational, promotional, and other conference-related purposes.
By participating, you grant CI Summit and Voces Digital permission to use photographs and recordings of you made during the conference, including your image and voice, in conference-related materials.
If virtual sessions are offered: Virtual sessions may be livestreamed and recorded. Recordings may be made available to registered participants for 90 days following the conference.
