A big bowl of Spring Mix Salad (serves four)
3-6 ounces each of blueberry, blackberry, and raspberry
6 ripe strawberries (sliced up)
Optional: one avocado sliced up
GoodSeasons Italian Salad & Recipe Seasoning Mix (Use Chinesezhengjiang vinegar for better tasting.)

Grilled Salmon with Pakistani Spices
One piece of salmon (size based on how many people you're serving)
A box of Shan’s Fried Fish Spice
Olive oil
Himalayan pink salt (if unavailable, regular salt will do)
1-4 lemon wedges

Chinese Leek and Egg Dumplings
3 cups finely chopped leeks
4 large eggs
2 tablespoons sesame oil (use olive oil if you are allergic to sesame)
50ish dumpling/wonton wrappers
Salt to taste
Optional: 2 tablespoons of tiny, dried shrimp (if you are not vegetarian)
